What Character would make the best Santa Claus? Head Elf? (12/22)

In keeping with the season, my gift to you all is a double poll for the week!

This week's poll deals with the mythical joviality of our favorite Christmas present deliverer, Saint Nicholas. Legend has it that the jolly old saint lives at or near the North Poll, er, Pole, where he runs a workshop that turns out massive amounts of toys to deliver all over the world to good little girls and boys. Which of the cast members, and I mean all of the series and movies, would make the best Santa Claus? Who has the looks, the attitude and the patience to deal with the little kiddies pulling on the beard all the time?

Helping Santa in the workshop is a veritable army of slave labor, er, elves who joyfully construct the toys for the children with love. Of the cast members, who would be the best to be the head elf in Santa Claus' workshop? Who has the looks, the nature and the organization acumen to run the sweat shop, er, factory of happiness?

Here's my candidates! If you think I've got it wrong, come suggest your own!

Went with Neelix for Santa, got to be a jolly-ist character in all of Trekdom.

And Wesley for head elf the thought of that makes me giggle.

I also voted for Neelix as Santa. He's already got the look and the belly for the role. Give him red clothes and he will be perfect.

For the Elf, I'd see Dr McCoy, as a very contradictory little helper, to bring some balance to that insane joviality that is Christmas ^^.

I'd go for Data to be Santa only because he'd give it his all; study every Santa performance ever given and then pick the best. There should, after all, be no shirking in being Santa.

Then I'd go for Neelix as the elf since he is jolly and warm.

Neelix is great with kids.

Garik is probably the man with the best suit end he would be able to spy on all the kids to tell who was naughty or nice...

From a pure hilarity standpoint I'd say Garak as Santa (who is obviously part of the Obsidian Order being able to track all the kids) and Spock as an elf.

I've gone for Chekov as Santa, as we all know the stories of St Nick were first written by a little old lady from Russia.....

 

 

For the Elf, I've said other; meaning Worf.......
