Teams organize specific projects on an ongoing basis. They are officially commissioned by the EC and run indefinitely.

Squadrons are groups of members with common Out Of Character interests. They are informally organized, without a facilitator. 

Guilds organize members of similar In Character interests, allowing these folks to discuss issues in an OOC setting.
