Just a quick note: I will not be allowing tie votes anymore. If a vote ends in a tie, there will be a run-off in the next round. If we allow ties each round, we're going to end up with an even more unwieldy number of sims to vote-on in the final rounds.

I know that people sometimes have trouble with these, but remember: it's not called a challenge for nuthin'!
