Small, barely 15 meters asteroid 2011 MD passed by Earth and missed atmosphere for mere 12.000 kilometers, but Astronomers all around the World enjoyed watching its passing. Three of my friends have mentioned on Facebook this morning the dreams they had last night. Must have been a rough night for everyone. While we're all at it: I dreamed that one of my real-life friends was directing a school play I was in and, "as usual," I was unprepared for my part as a ballet dancer because I hadn't been at the first rehearsal. *sigh*

Expedition 27 crew member Paolo Nespoli, during their departure from International Space Station in Soyuz TMA-20 capsule, made some wonderful shots of the shuttle Endeavour docked at the orbiting complex.
