Avander Promontory
Quote Sherlock: ::turning to Luriaa:: What about you? Do you do anything for fun?  That question caught Luriaa off guard. Her focus had been on SundâTelaray, his desire, for himself and his people, and how she could help achieve them and, ultimately, help her own people by using that to encourage amicable relations between their people and the UDP. She paused a moment, then shifted her shaw a little more before she answered.  Luriaa: I have a great interest in herbology and perfumery.  Great deadpan humor moment. 3 1 Quote Link to comment
Popular Post Avander Promontory
@Josh Herrick Quote Even though her acceptance was lukewarm, they were such an enthusiastic bunch. Popular Post Josh Herrick
Quote Lhandon's drinks of choice had been apple juice (apple cider), and prune juice. He had always loved the former and it had been his go-to drink since he was a child. The latter drink, he had discovered when he was learning about Captain Worf, the Klingon who had grown up on Gault, Lhandonâs home. Worf, he thought was a good example to follow and he soon learned that Worf loved prune juice. So, at the age of 15, he tried it... it was vile. It was bitter, clangy, and sour, and it felt like it had combined with mouthwash... but it was Worf's drink, and Worf described it as a "warrior's drink". Thus, teenage Lhandon pushed through and made himself like it. If only he found out about Earl Grey tea. @Lhandon_Nilsen, are you our Boimler? â¤ď¸Â 2 4 Quote Link to comment

LCDR Aine O. Sherlock
Quote Once again, the Cheydâlang seemed unsure of himself and Toz was again about to reach out to pat him on the hand in a gesture of assurance. But she hesitated. Again. Was the Cheydâlang the touchy-feely sort? Toz wasnât but sometimes it was a necessary -albeit icky- thing to do. Bolded the most relevant point. 3 Quote Link to comment

Lhandon_Nilsen
Quote DomeniâDolce: This one is confused, how will that work? Are those ones not at war? or fighting? SundâTelaray: Of course that one is confused, that one was not natured into a political role. (beat) That said, this one is interested in listening to this welcome cooperation 1 Quote Link to comment

Alora DeVeau
I enjoyed this back and forth between Stendhal and Promontory! Â Quote Stendhal: (whispering to Avander) Alarms pierce the calm, /Refugees seek clarity, /Trust wanes, tensions rise. Â Despite the stress of the situation, Avanderâs code-attuned mind (backed up by a motherâs thorough-going literature education) caught the haiku and smiled. He couldnât help but respond in kind. Â Promontory: (whispering to Karen while grinning and counting syllables on his fingers) Heâs on my last nerve/ No matter what, weâll help him /Out of an airlock. Â Â Â 1 1 2 Quote Link to comment

Alora DeVeau
Quote Alto suddenly began to...disintegrate? Melt, melt was more appropriate. Aine's eyes grew wide. She'd read about this before when studying the Dominion War, but the chance to actually see one? And interact with one? Slim to none. But now they had a bigger problem, a Changeling was on board their ship. Sherlock: :: tapping her combadge :: =/\= Sherlock to Security. I need two people in here now! And get a bucket! Lockdown the Security Center. =/\= Alto'Belaranto: blaaaaugh!Ai knouw whu iu arrrr bugggggger  de other UAN!!! De one  about of  yaaaa com year here andhulp prrr! Sherlock: :: her accent coming out heavily:: Jaysus! Aine watched as the shimmering goo spread out across the floor. The only good thing was that if he wasn't able to hold his form any longer, he wasn't going anywhere. A few seconds later, the door swished open and two other Security Officers stepped in. Both looked down at the floor.   Sherlock: I told you to bring a bucket.    Just a particularly funny ending, imo! 4 Quote Link to comment

Avander Promontory
Quote Sherlock: Well, I'll get your clearances setup and show you around. Most importantly, we'll get over to Ops and make sure you get assigned some quarters. And I'm sure they'll like to show off their little area of the ship. I'm sure you know how those Operations people can be?  Although this comment confused Anton, he took this opportunity to perhaps garnish himself some redemption.  Richards: Oh yeah. Ops people⌠ Anton trailed off shaking his head as though he had been recently inconvenienced by these âOps peopleâ. Glad to have Anton back! 2 Quote Link to comment

Lhandon_Nilsen
Quote Sure enough, across the room, Lieutenant Nilsen seemed to be arguing with the computer...again.
