The countdown ones are pretty awesome, but I'm not a giant fan of the jumpsuit. I think returning to a jacket over undershirt and trousers is ideal. Much like the red uniforms of Star Trek II - VI (or many other successful sci-fi series). In that vein, I really enjoy the bottom one that Commander Whale posted, although I agree with Dr Vess that I don't love the pant stripe.

It's part of the setup process as you get assigned to a posting, I believe. Somebody will create the page and send you a link to it. That way they can put the nav bar and set up you on the Roster all at once. I remember how much I wanted to just jump into everything as well, but you'll be assigned before you know it!
