Minor ship discussion

Hi everyone!

I've always been interested in the minor ship classes in Star Trek - the ones that show up for about five seconds in an episode or two or else exist to be blown up in some way or other. My personal favourite of these is the Sydney class (like the USS Jenolan) because it has a design that I just find really neat as a midway point between a shuttle and a larger ship.

What's your favourite?

For me, I would go with the Oberth Class. I know it has made a few appearances but it is such a unique looking vessel, I always thought it interesting as it went away from the usual ship designs you see.

Yeah I really like the Oberth too. Another cool smaller ship.

Along the lines of the Oberth, I quite enjoy the TNG era followup, the Olympic class!
