Hannibal Parker Posted March 28, 2015 Posted March 28, 2015 The now decommissioned USS Enterprise was 1100 feet long..the longest warship ever built. AFAIK, none of the "supercarriers" e.g the Kitty Hawk, Enterprise, and Nimitz classes- have ever been through the canal due to length and width. 1
