He loves to explore everything around him, which was a huge reason he joined Starfleet. He defaults to having a protective nature, always aware of what is happening around him. When he was in the Academy, he decided to major in Security since it was second nature to him, but he has a serious passion for inventing new technology, so he took a minor in Engineering and specialized in Transporters, Replicators, and Tractor Beams. He tinkers with every bit of technology he can get his hands on, and when he isn’t at his station, you can usually find him in a lab, workshop, or holodeck working on a prototype of one of his ideas.
