Popular Post Serala
I love this MSNPC written by @Dekas already. Looks to be very interesting. Quote ((Underwater Lab Facility, Ring 42)) V’Las was used to the quiet. The only sounds were himself and the aging of the lab around him. It was all he had. His only form of solace in this lonely, god-forsaken place after what felt like an uncountable number of years. Decades. A century? He didn't care to keep track. Time meant nothing. And now there were people. There shouldn’t be people here. Not anymore. They were so loud. Too loud in comparison to what was normal. Aggravating. He needed them to shut up. Why wouldn’t they shut up? They were ruining everything. So the grizzled Vulcan quietly adjusted the temperature to go lower, making the walls creak with the sudden shift, and took to pathways that only someone extremely familiar with this place would know how to navigate with any amount of ease. He followed them with a nearly silent gait, any sound could be marked down as something else. There were four people. He didn't like any of them. But one of them he could swear he’d seen before. Impossible. He died years ago, leaving V’Las here stuck forever in this hell with no way out. There was no logic in him being here again now. (Then again, logic was a farce at this point. There was no logic here.) He couldn’t shake the lingering rage seeing such familiar features. The light blond hair. A facial structure that was a dead ringer for him. With his luck it was him. He even had a uniform in blue, though it was different. Wrong. And there was the fact there was another Vulcan with him among two others. Of course, there was. oO I see. You’re here to rub it in that you somehow made it out, and never mentioned it to anyone else that I could still be here. You always did think you were better than me. Oo He clenched his hands into fists, and as he simmered he didn’t have time to stop from dropping what he had in his other hand after a moment. He picked it up and moved swiftly, but quietly away from any ability to be noticed where he was. Moving in shadows like a ghost haunting the halls. And they kept talking. Kendrick: I don't know what exactly… just… movement… ::at Kettick:: Any idea how long it will take to get our phasers operational again, Ensign? His eye twitched involuntarily. Meaningless chatter. They needed to leave. He was going to make them leave one way or another. Except for perhaps him. He didn’t get to leave this place twice. TBC… — V’Las The Bitter, and self-elected King of The Lab.
