StarBase 118 Staff Posted April 9, 2018 Share Posted April 9, 2018 The Executive Council of UFOP: StarBase 118 is pleased to announce that Brell has completed the requirements for promotion to the rank of captain! Brell is currently the commanding officer of the USS Atlantis, having been a member for a number of years serving on the Duronis II Embassy, Constitution, StarBase 118, and the Andaris Task Force. This prolific writer has had much success developing the little seen Bolian race into something incredibly rich. He has brought the Bolian species to life and crew members frequently comment on this aspect of his writing. His writing skills have earned him a number of awards, including the Barclay Bead, TOSMA, Nebula Bar, Lwaxana Troi Medallion, Russ Bar, and Voyager Medallion. Out of Character, Brell is Deputy Commandant of the Academy Training Team, and has participated in other teams like the Image Collective and the Publicity Team. His other contributions across the fleet, and cheerful disposition, have made him a welcome sight on the forums and wiki and we’re honored to have his dedication to our community.
