USS Thor solves the riddle of Pirates, Risa, and San Francisco

Recommended Posts

THYPHON EXPANSECoverages continues from last month, when the shakedown cruise of the USS Thor encountered a dimension-splitting phenomenon that landed members of the crew in disparate locations and times.

As the crew of the Thor scrambled to determine why some were stranded in San Francisco, a Ba’ku Forrest, and a 19th-century pirate ship, the discovery of a temporal anomaly aboard the Pirate Ship Thor led to communication being established with the crew members stranded there.

Ingenious engineering from Ensign T’Kaara and others aboard our present-century Thor resulted in some of the crew being able to return home, while First Officer Oddas Aria’s discovery that their malfunctioning Emergency Medical Hologram was most probably the source of the issue allowed the situation to move toward resolution.

Reportedly, the malfunctioning EMH cried “The creature was about to eat you all!” when it was found hiding in an engineering closet. Further investigation determined that the EMH’s errant actions to save the crew from a non-existent threat coincided with the genesis of temporal anomalies from the Typhon Shield Device.

When power from non-essential systems were shunted to device, anomalies were drawn out of the ship, allowing the crew to regain control. Oddas was then able to power down the holodecks and ended their simulations and moving the EMH in cold storage, with a promise to him his recovery would be a top priority.

Amidst the commotion, Rear Admiral Toni Turner gave birth to twins (a boy and a girl). Ongoing medical tests have been ordered to ensure no long-term effects have been suffered by the telepathic members of the crew, especially the Vulcan and Betazoid members.
