StarBase 118 Staff Posted August 12, 2015 Share Posted August 12, 2015 The Captains Council of UFOP: StarBase 118 is pleased to announce the promotion of Lt. Commander Tracey Townson to the rank of commander. Cmdr. Townson is currently the First Officer of the USS Avandar.Townson has been a member on-and-off for over 10 years, starting on the USS Hammond. Since then, she has served on nearly 10 ships and stations in a number of different roles including Science, Com/Ops, Intelligence, and both First and Second officer. She is highly decorated, having received the Kalendra Award, Russ Bar, B-Plot, TOSMA II, among others. Townson currently manages the Poll of the Week for the fleet.
