First, the Executive Council is very happy to announce that Fleet Captain Egan Manno, former Captain at Large, has been inducted into the EC as a full member. This is an indefinite appointment, like all EC positions. Congratulations to Tony, the writer behind Egan Manno for his hard work and dedication to our community which led him to this position. With the Captain at Large position vacated by Egan Manno, Captain Quinn Reynolds was appointed to that role by the Executive Council, thanks to her wise and well-thought advice to the EC and her long-standing loyalty to the group. Congratulations to Emma, the writer behind Reynolds — we look forward to her long tenure in the role!And finally, as Captain Reynolds was the Captains Council Magistrate and cannot serve as both the CaL and Magistrate, she has vacated that role leading to the election of Captain Nugra, by the Captains Council Members, into that role. Congratulations to Jon, the writer behind Nugra, for earning the respect of his peers.
