Blueheart: What the----
::His eyes grew wide and his mouth flew open in shock. Did every new Invicta inductee automatically become a parent once on board? Was this some sort of psychological test devised by the Counselor?::
No... but now that I think about it....

"My, Captain Kells, what a deep voice you have!". "The better to order you around with my command codes, Mister."

Playing catchup on posts.
::Not that he could really talk, since he’d woken up on the floor of her apartment with the feeling that an incontinent tribble had spent the night in his mouth, and a Klingon was using his head as a training dummy. Good times.::Gabi's parties have reach rock star status. Thank you, Ray.

Saveron: In private you may do as you will. I have no objection. ::Far from it.::
DeVeau: But not in front of Saavok.
Saveron: Preferably not. We do not keep our children ignorant but neither do they require a practical demonstration. ::He said dryly.::
I laughed so hard I fell out of my chair.

Congrats and welcome to the fleet.

I think the term that bothers me is "Shake Things Up".
That means different things to different people. And the track record is never good when it comes to my personal enjoyment.
If they go for the dark and gritty realism they will lose me. I want to escape my reality periodically, not keep picking at the scab.

While the idea of a new series is good, considering who's behind it, I won't be holding my breath.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the movies. As long as I didn't look for the original Star Trek and just viewed it as a sci fi movie, I'm fine.

Congratulations and Welcome!

I would love to see Ivanova in the center chair. I can see her taking on Klingons, Cardassians and Romulans without breaking a sweat.

Congratulations and Welcome! The more the merrier.

I'd love to see a conversation between Captain Picard and President Sheridan.

This made me fall out of my chair. Some classics are not in the posts.
Saveron: Who are you?
Alt!Saveron: I'm me. Who are you?
DeVeau: You both look pretty.
Alt!DeVeau: I'm dead. Why am I talking?- 4

Welcome to the fleet.

You should have included the option 'all of the above'.

Welcome to the fleet. I know you'll have a great time here.

:: What was the worst thing that could happen? Best scenario, the Klingons would just send them away and they’d continue their evening with the knowledge they had at least given it a try. Worst case scenario, the Klingons were looking to hook up. In that case, Solok was great at the 100-meter dash.::
Yes another great thought from Mr. Dara.

A lot of people put a lot of hard work into it. It was good, but it could have been better. I had difficulty with the plot and the pacing. I had hoped for better, particularly after 'Of Gods and Men".

((Rahman's imagination))
Kells: So, Roshanara, how are things?Rahman: Oh, you know, sir. Just finding ways to send a good man to prison.Kells: Excellent! And you, Mr. Core?Core: ::doesn't say anything, instead just licks a confection from one of the food carts::Kells: …right.Del Vedova: ::walks back to the three, holding up what looks like a stuffed animal:: Hey guys, look what I just won!Kells: Del, I think that's actually one of the hosts…Taredge: Put me down!Rahman: ::closes eyes:: oO Oh, God, just send me back to Luna Hell High now. OoI laughed so hard my eyes watered. Had to take a 5 minute break before I could finish reading

Welcome to the fleet. You're going to love it here.

I was a tea drinker before TNG came along. I liked the sound of Earl Grey and tried it and liked it. One of the few teas I drink without putting anything in it.
Then I moved south and discovered sweetened tea. I tried EG with sweetener, but kind of messes with the taste.
Currently I stock my EG standby along with Green Tea.

Congrats and welcome!

Buhahahahah! You knew this was coming!
::In that moment there was a flash of light, and a now-familiar young woman appeared in the recently-vacated Captain’s chair. She was wearing a short, skirted version of the Starfleet uniform with short sleeves – commonly known as a skant – and knee-high boots, one shapely leg crossed over the other.::- 3
