Your banner is not showing properly. I don't think it accepts the [Tags]. What you do is. Go to edit your profile. The signature tab as you did before. There is two rows of buttons and on the second row there is an icon that looks like a little polaroid. It's 11 along and when you hover the cursor over it says image. Click that and paste in the link to the image. The image will pop up, you can click on it, then press second last button on the same row to center it.
